About Me

I’m Sabrina—but most people call me Sab.

I’m a strength and movement coach with a background in yoga, boxing, MMA, and military training. I work with everyday people who are ready to stop feeling stuck. Whether you’re a parent, an athlete, or just trying to keep up with life—I help you move better, get stronger, and feel good in your body.

As a mom of three and a coach who leads from experience, I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them grow from there—through practical, personalized training that fits real life.

My Approach

My coaching is built on the belief that strength is personal—and it should be practical, powerful, and sustainable.

I blend functional strength training, mobility, and conditioning with a mindful focus on movement quality and long-term progress. My sessions are always tailored to your goals, whether that means lifting heavier, moving pain-free, gaining energy, or sharpening athletic performance.

I pull from multiple disciplines—boxing, MMA, youth athletic development, mobility work, and my own military experience—to create sessions that are focused, effective, and grounded in real-life application.
